Cancellation :- We do not accept Cancellations over Phone ; Cancellations
can be done on any working day between 10:00 hrs to 18:00 hrs from Monday
to Friday by Fax / Email or Visiting the Local Reservationoffice.
Confirmation Policy :- All bookings will be treated as confirmed only
against 100% advance / Guaranteed voucher from the Travel agent (
Applicable to agents who are in the credit list of our organisation).
Hold Policy :- Rooms are not held beyond 6 PM on the date of arrival unless
advised otherwise.
Amendments / Cancellation Charges :- Any amendment would bear Rs.500 as
transaction / processing expenses for Bookings and Rs 1000/- as
cancellation Charges.
